The San Rafael Swell: Saying Goodbye

A couple weeks ago our good friends and their pup came with us on our last adventure with Magnolia. It happened to be a beautifully clear night, and we camped alone on the cliff’s edge in the San Rafael Swell. The Wedge, also known as the “Little Grand Canyon,” has amazing views by itself, but it also happened to be the night of a meteor shower. As our friend Dan ran around taking pictures, the rest of us watched the shooting stars and talked about life. While we were setting up camp and traveling throughout the day, Dan was taking photos and videos as a last reminder of what our freedom machine means to us– we were amazed by his captures:
